GaGa will headline Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve 2012 on December 31st live from New York City. Ryan Seacrest, who has been co-hosting the program since 2005, shared the big news during his radio show today. Gaga is set to take the stage in Times Square to perform hits from her multi-platinum record Born This Way in front of a massive crowd of around a million people.
